Rochester Woman Charged With Slashing Boyfriend
(Rochester, NY) -- A Rochester woman has pleaded not guilty to allegedly slashing her boyfriend with a knife. Prosecutors say 44-year-old Joyce Herring attacked 41-year-old Lynard Fuller during an argument in the couple's Arnett Boulevard home just after midnight Thursday morning. Authorities say responding officers found Fuller with a deep cut on his forearm. He was treated and released from Strong Memorial Hospital. Herring faces second degree assault and is being held on three-thousand dollars bail. |
