Hotel Rep Defends Vince Neil In Battery Charge
A Las Vegas hotel representative is defending rocker Vince Neil. According to TMZ.com, a rep for The Las Vegas Hilton says there's nothing on surveillance footage to indicate that Neil pushed a woman in a hotel elevator last Sunday. The woman, Jessica Radovicz, filed a complaint alleging battery against the Motley Crue singer which prompted an investigation by the Las Vegas Metro Police. The unnamed Hilton rep added, quote,"We also understand that the local authorities have deemed her allegations to be without merit. Accordingly, we consider the matter closed."
It's probably good news for Neil, who's already had a brush with the law in Las Vegas this year. The 49-year-old was picked up by police in Sin City on suspicion of driving under the influence. The rocker's set to be arraigned on Monday, September 27th. |
