Crash Injures Rochester Family Of Six
(Rochester, NY) -- Rochester police continue investigating a car crash which injured six members of one family. Authorities say the family minivan collided with a car at the intersection of Brown Street and North Plymouth Avenue at about 9:15 yesterday morning. Investigators say three small children in the minivan were injured and a 20-year-old woman was thrown from the vehicle. However, police say none of the injuries are life threatening. Family members say the six people in the van were all immigrants from Somalia and included a husband and wife, their two children as well as the husband's 20-year-old daughter and her baby. The cause of the crash is still under investigation. |
