Buffalo Shooting Suspect Indicted; Bail Revoked
(Buffalo, NY) -- The suspect accused of killing four people in a downtown Buffalo shooting spree has been indicted. At Wednesday's arraignment, 23-year-old Ricardo McCray pleaded not guilty and had his 500-thousand dollars bail revoked. McCray was indicted on three counts of first-degree murder and one count of murder in the second-degree. He also faces four counts of attempted murder for the four victims wounded in the incident. McCray could face life in prison without parole on each of the four murder charges. The next court date is set for September 23rd.< |
