Foruli Launches Pre-Orders Of Hughes Autobiography
Fans can now pre-order former Deep Purple rocker Glenn Hughes' autobiography. "The Life, Near Death and Rebirth of a Rock Star: Deep Purple & Beyond," from UK publisher Foruli, will include an intro by Metallica's Lars Ulrich. Hughes told fans in a video update that he turned down an offer write a memoir earlier in his career.
David Coverdale, Tony Iommi of Black Sabbath, and David Bowie's ex Angie Bowie are also among the notables to provide input in the Hughes autobiography. One-hundred copies of a deluxe edition of the book are available. Hughes will sign each of the deluxe copies. "The Life, Near Death and Rebirth of a Rock Star: Deep Purple & Beyond" is due later this year.
