Rochester Woman Accused Of Starving Dog To Death
(Rochester, NY) -- A Rochester woman is accused of starving her dog to death. Authorities say 33-year-old Love Jackson faces animal cruelty charges. Last month, investigators were tipped off that a dead dog was on Jackson's Short Street property. Authorities say the six-year-old female Rottweiler was kept in a garage behind the house. The Humane Society says the dog likely died a slow painful death from lack of food or care. Jackson could face up to a year behind bars. |
