Chris Brown Sends Cry For Help To His Fans
Singer Chris Brown is begging his fans to help him. According to TMZ.com, Brown has sent a plea, via the website SayNow.com, asking fans to help him get his songs back on radio.
Brown says certain radio stations have stopped playing his music and only his fans can help his songs get back on the air. The singer continues his plea saying, quote, "I'm doing everything I need to do. And I'm doing me as a person. I'm a better guy." But there's just one more thing he needs to make it, and that's the support of his fans. He jokes that he can't, quote, "be an underground mixtape artist." Brown's former squeaky-clean image was shattered in the early morning hours leading up to last year's Grammy Awards. He was arrested on February 8th, 2009 for beating his then-girlfriend, singer Rihanna. Brown pleaded guilty to felony assault last summer. He was sentenced to five years of probation and 180 days of community labor. |
