Greece Police Say Triple Homicide Not Random Act
(Greece, NY) -- Greece police say a triple homicide Tuesday night was not a random act of violence. Police chief Todd Baxter says investigators believe the three victims were familiar with each other. Authorities say three men were found shot to death inside an apartment in the Holyoke Park complex on Milford Street just before 8:30 p.m. Tuesday night. Chief Baxter says there was no forced entry so he believes the victims were targeted specifically. Residents of Building 20 were not allowed to enter or exit for about 12 hours as police scoured the crime scene for clues. All 24 apartments in the building were searched in an attempt to locate the gunman. Detectives are continuing the investigation. The names of the three victims have not been released. |
