New Poll: New Yorkers Want Paterson to Stay
(New York, NY) -- A new poll shows that despite scandal swirling around the Governor, a majority of New Yorkers want David Paterson to stay in office and finish out his term. The new Marist poll show 68-percent of those surveyed say they want Paterson to stay in office and not resign. That is up from 66-percent from a week ago. Twenty-eight of those polled think Paterson should step down now. |
