New Tonic, Deftones CDs Due In May
Tonic and Deftones will be issuing new albums this spring. Tonic's self-titled effort is the first set of new studio material from the band in eight years. Their last CD was 2002's "Head On Straight." "Tonic" is slated to hit stores May 4th. Deftones have "Diamond Eyes" on the way. The album is their first studio effort with bassist Sergio Vega. Vega joined the fold last year, filling in for Chi Cheng. Cheng has been hospitalized since a November 2008 car accident that has left him in a semi-comatose state. Deftone's "Diamond Eyes," the band's follow up to 2006's "Saturday Night Wrist," is due May 18th. |
