Rochester Man Pleads Not Guilty To Child Sex Abuse
(Rochester, NY) -- A Rochester man has pleaded not guilty to charges he abused a young girl in an Irondequoit synagogue and exposed himself to four other kids. Police say 25-year-old Orlando Colon allegedly attacked the nine-year-old girl on February sixth at Temple Beth David. Colon allegedly told investigators he is not a member of the synagogue but was trying to find God. He now faces first-degree sexual abuse and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Colon is being held without bail. He faces up to seven years behind bars if convicted. |
