Bills Hire New Defensive Coordinator
(Orchard Park, NY) -- New Bills head coach Chan Gailey continues to assemble his coaching staff with faces from his past. The team has hired George Edwards as defensive coordinator. Edwards was a linebackers coach under Gailey in Dallas in 1998 and 1999. Most recently Edwards spent five seasons as linebackers coach for the Miami Dolphins. With a new chief in charge of the defense, the biggest change Edwards says will be switching the main defensive alignment.
