Rochester Man Sentenced To 25 Years For Child Abuse
(Rochester, NY) -- A Rochester man will spend 25 years behind bars for sexually abusing children. Prosecutors say 41-year-old Jose Diaz was handed that sentence Tuesday for assaulting three Rochester boys. The children ranged in age from six to 13. Prosecutors say the abuse occurred at Diaz's Poplar Street home between the years 1999 and 2006. Diaz pleaded guilty to sexual conduct against a child, criminal sexual act and sexual abuse. The plea also resolves allegations by two additional boys. |
