Live Takes A Break
Live is taking some time off - two years to be exact. The group has announced a two-year hiatus so that band members can work on other projects. Signer Ed Kowalczyk says via a "Twitter" update, quote, "Live is not breaking up. We're not boyfriends and girlfriends. [We're just] creatively moving around in different spaces...all good." Guitarist Chad Taylor said in his own "Twitter" update, quote, "There is no break up, just some much needed time to explore new dimensions. We won't do touring or an album for at least two years. I need some time for other projects." The only known project so far is Kowalczyk's solo album, and the singer just launched a new website at eddieklive.com. The band still has four tour dates on their schedule for July. Here are Live's remaining tour dates: 7/16 -- Ottawa, Ontario -- Cisco Ottawa Bluesfest 7/17 -- Rama, Ontario -- Casino Rama 7/18 -- Cleveland, Ohio -- House of Blues 7/19 -- Westbury, New York -- Capital One Bank Theatre at Westbury
